General Participation Criteria

• The participant must be an Omani national.
• The applicant must have a tangible and active contribution to the community through technology.
• The participant should have a project or contribution in the technical or digital field, or have won local or international awards no more than one year before the announcement of the competition.
• The participant should not have participated in a previous edition of the competition.
